We are Jacqueline Postma and Jan Willem Molenaar.
We live in the German country site of “Grafschaf Bentheim” in the authentic village Ohne.
Here we lead, as much as possible, an eco lifestyle on our 3,8 ha farm.
The farm and its ground is maintained ecological. We have a greenhouse and a vegetable garden from which we can eat most of the year.
We preserve our vegetables for the winter in bottles. For example we make sauerkraut, make our own bread and marmalades from our own strawberries, cherries and other fruits.
Your breakfast is mostly made from our own made products and of course an egg from our free living chickens.
Natural health for people and animals is important to us. We stimulate natural behaviour of our dogs, cat, horses and chickens.
Our Icelandic horses maintain the meadows. They take care of the power needed to ride and pull the carriage. But also they are ploughing, pooling wood, turning hay and pulling the farm wagon.
We speak Dutch, German and English.
